Can I stay for a week or a month?
Yes, we welcome weekly and monthly accommodation enquiries, as well as project stays. Tell us your dates and whether the stay is continuous or follows a rotation pattern. Availability and the agreement are confirmed directly.
Can I choose a stay without daily hotel service?
Yes. Ask for an extended-stay setup with the service level you need. Daily housekeeping, weekly housekeeping or another schedule can be discussed, along with linen changes and departure arrangements. Your confirmed offer states what is included.
Do all rooms have a kitchen?
All rooms at Marina Hotel Sortland have recently been equipped with a kitchen. Sortland also has an especially well-equipped shared kitchen. At Marina Hotel Lofoten, guests have access to a total of five very well-equipped shared kitchens.
Can you organise dinner for our team?
At Marina Hotel Lofoten, organised dinner service can be requested in advance. Share your dates, expected numbers and meal times so we can discuss the arrangement. This is not an automatically included meal service. Dinner service is not offered as a standard arrangement on this page for Sortland.
Is breakfast included in a project or extended stay?
State whether you want breakfast when requesting your agreement. Lofoten’s standard hotel offer includes breakfast buffet; a separately agreed extended-stay setup can be configured differently. At Sortland, breakfast packs are an optional addition. Your written proposal confirms the meal inclusions.
Can we arrange accommodation for changing teams or rotations?
We welcome enquiries for several rooms and rotational stays. Send your expected dates, room numbers and bed configurations, including any likely changes. Room blocks, substitutions, extensions and cancellation terms must be confirmed in advance.
Can the company receive an invoice?
Please include your company details and any purchase-order or project-reference requirements in the conversation. Invoicing arrangements, payment terms and any credit approval are agreed before confirmation; they are not automatically included.
Where can I see the weekly or monthly price?
We prepare a tailored proposal based on the hotel, dates, duration, rooming and requested services. Accommodation and selected services can be structured together or specified separately in the offer. Contact our team with your brief.
