Can we discuss accommodation at both hotels with one team?

Yes. Our shared contact can discuss your requirements for Marina Hotel Lofoten and Marina Hotel Sortland. Room availability and the conditions for each stay are confirmed in your proposal.

Do you work with groups and recurring departures?

We welcome enquiries for groups, series and individual travellers. Send your dates, guest numbers and rooming requirements so we can assess the fit. No room block, allotment or group capacity is guaranteed before written confirmation.

How does breakfast differ between the hotels?

Breakfast buffet is included at Marina Hotel Lofoten. At Marina Hotel Sortland, breakfast is not included; breakfast packs can be arranged as an add-on. Please include any meal requirements in your enquiry.

How do arrivals and guest support work?

Both hotels use PIN codes for main entrances and room doors. Service staff are present daily from morning to afternoon, with telephone support available 24/7. Agree the arrangements for late arrivals, groups and guest communication with us before travel.

Can you accommodate accessibility or specific rooming needs?

Accessible room options are listed at Marina Hotel Lofoten, but suitability depends on the guest’s requirements and availability. Contact us about either hotel before confirming an accessible stay or a specific bed configuration.

Are transfers, coach facilities or activities included?

No transfer or activity is included unless specifically agreed. Check coach parking and drop-off arrangements with us in advance; guest parking does not confirm coach access. XXLofoten activities can be booked separately through our Lofoten activity pages.

Where can we find trade rates and booking terms?

Contact our team with your programme brief. Rates and any partner arrangements are supplied directly. Payment terms, release periods, amendments and cancellation conditions are confirmed in the written proposal.
